North Korea’s destructive weapon

By BEN EMATA

NORTH Korea has announced a few days ago, it has come up with a new weapon, this time, a deadly hydrogen bomb. Necessarily, it has alarmed the world since hydrogen bomb is a very destructive weapon that could pulverize continents around our planet.
It strikes like the power of the sun that can reach so far away to claim millions of lives in so short a time. I was searching on the Internet the power of such bomb and it terrified me so much a kind of deadly weapon could exist in our time.
It is still a nuclear bomb, but more powerful than anything else. I thought it was only for the devils in hell to play with like balls of fire thrown to players in a ball game. It is terribly unimaginable.
Additional reports disclosed an artificial  earthquake shook hard a sizeable part if Asia during  the test fire of the bomb. Indeed, it is so horrible and truly beyond human imagination. Japan has expressed indignation at north Korea when the latter fired a missile  just over the head of the country.
I look at North Korea as a nation that thinks nothing but how to develop things that could end mankind. It is not a very wealthy nation as its people are hungry for food but the desire of its leader is presumably to rule the world.  Kim Jong Un  has reportedly killed his own uncle one, of the top army generals in his leadership because the latter opposed some of Un’s plans.
Another top military officer was reportedly assassinated for the same reason. By that alone, we have enough basis to conclude the kind of a man this young  guy leading North Korea. I don’t see a huge problem with North Korea except that it hated so much its neighbor, the South Korea and the United States. I see there is no supporting facts for such hatred except unimaginable, lust, ambition and plain shenanigans.

The government is
now beginning to rehabilitate Marawi City back to its former form. The United States has offered millions of dollars for the purpose. Some evacuees were allowed to return home, especially those located in safe areas away from the scenes of combat. Reports revealed some of the refugees rejected the food assistance like rice and canned goods because they needed cash assistance. This is  riding on opportunities that is absolutely bad if the report is true.  I hope the final bullets in the fight will be fired now and hostilities ended.  I still strongly suggest that the military should not abandon the fighting until the terrorists are all killed or held in custody.

Most of the problems in the country are being settled now, except those happening in Congress. Sen. Trillianes, one of the few opposition leaders who is guarding well the legislative body is in turmoil with attacks from colleagues. I still hope Trillianes will succeed because our country needs the opposition group to safeguard the interest of democracy. I urge more opposition leaders to come out in the open and join the group of Trillianes

The NPA rebels have caused many construction workers out of a job because they burned heavy equipment and tools in its fight against the government. As I said earlier, the NPA loves to attack equipment because it is safer since it cannot return fire. This is plain cowardice and simply a disturbance that destroys our economy. I hope they will fight face-to-face our soldiers so they will see the real battle with flying bullets hitting the stomach. Gen. Douglas McArthur did not win the war in our country by staying away. He came to where the smokes of gunfire existed and saved the Filipinos from the Japanese invasion. Joma Sison will never get his dreams of government take over because he is afraid to fight. Now he is getting much older and with more reason he will  fail in his endeavors.

Impeachments here and there are wasting time, efforts and money of the government. I hope our leaders and people stop such futile  actuation and join hands towards progress and development. Only dogs bark at each other and as people, we should show our love and concern for one another. We need to grow for our coming  generation.
Once more I urge President Duterte to invest more funds to develop our venture in agriculture.  We must stop importing rice from other country. We should survive by our own initiative. It is a shame that we depend so much of the food we  eat from other countries when we could produce them here, This is  laziness or failure in the minds. Let us encourage our farmers to do their best by giving them cash assistance, modern agricultural techniques and others. (Bennex News Service)
