Change of name of subdivision project under review

THE application for change of name of project Kayak Village 1A into Bayview Heights Phase 1 in Barangay Tablon, Cagayan de Oro City will soon be tackled by the City Council committee on subdivision and landed estate chaired by Councilor Dometilo Acenas Jr.
The Power learned that the Development Permit of the subdivision project was approved by the City Council through Ordinance No. 13346-2017.

The Cagayan de Oro City Housing Board favorably endorsed the application for the change of name after the deliberation of the board on February 27, 2018.

According to Atty. Antonio Sanchez, Atty-in-Fact, the Alveo Land Corporation, developer of the project, is now processing an application for a Certificate of Registration and License to Sell with the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB).

As per approved Development Permit, the project covers an area of 234,934.29 square meters more or less, containing 254 lots.

The committee is also set to tackle the application for Preliminary Approval and Location Clearance (PALC) of the Balubal Relocation Project in Barangay Balubal covering an area of 46,479 square meters containing 369 lots/units.

The project was endorsed by the Cagayan de Oro City Housing Board, City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) and City Engineering Office for approval. (JBD)
