GOVERNOR Yevgeny Vincente Emano, of Misamis Oriental, presented newly crowned Miss Philippines Air 2019 Ms. Ana Monica Tan, 22, of Tagolo-an, Misamis Oriental, to the members of the local media at the provincial training center Monday. Emano said that Tan would represent Misamis Oriental in the search for Ms. Binibining Pilipinas 2019 this year. Prior to winning the coveted crown, Tan is the reigning Ms. Kuyamis Festival queen, an annual beauty pageant of the provincial government of Misamis Oriental.
